About Ruby Bucket Retreat
Gather your friends and sisters to join us for two amazing days of crafting at your leisure in beautiful Idaho Falls, Idaho. Bring all the supplies for your craft and Ruby Bucket will provide the rest. There will be exciting prizes, a snack table, photo area, make-n-takes, classes, and a cute boutique. Best of all, as you fill your bucket with laughter, crafting, and sisterhood, you will be renewed and inspired. This is Ruby Bucket’s mission.
Tickets include crafting space, goodie bag full of beautiful surprises, make & takes, door prizes, snacks, and other fun surprises we may come up with.
Tickets do not include hotel accommodations, meals, or transportation.
Location & Accommodations
The next retreat will be held April 17-18, 2020 at the Hampton Inn at the Mall, located at 2500 Channing Way in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
The Hampton Inn at the Mall is offering a special room rate for those attending the retreat, which includes a nice breakfast. Rooms are $99 a night per room, plus 13% sales tax.
We only have a certain number of rooms available at that rate, so make your reservations ASAP. Register for a hotel room by contacting Hampton Inn directly at 208-529-9800. Be sure to tell them you are coming for the Ruby Bucket retreat.
Hobby Lobby, AC Moore, Joann’s and Michaels are all within just a few minutes drive. You’re welcome, everyone!
There are many great eating establishments in close proximity to the hotel–Perkins, Texas Roadhouse, Johnny Carinos, Cafe Rio, Dixie’s Diner, Chic-Fil-A, Noodles and Co. and many others. Attendees are responsible for their own meals.
Attendees are responsible for their transportation to and from the retreat. Free parking is available onsite at the Hampton Inn.
The Fine Print
Registration confirms you have read and accepted our terms.
Registrations are processed on a first-come first-served basis. Tickets purchased before March 16, 2020 are $60 for one day or $100 for two days. After March 16th, they are $75 for one day or $125 for two days.
Transfers & Refunds:
We understand life doesn’t always go as planned. If for some reason you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket fee to a future retreat (not to another person), minus a $50 deposit (two-day ticket) or $30 deposit (one-day ticket), as long as you notify us in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at least two weeks before the retreat. Due to contractual commitments with the conference center, no transfers less than two weeks before the event will be allowed unless we have a waiting list and can fill your spot. There will absolutely be no refunds or transfers for no-shows.
There are no refunds for bad weather including travel delays related to weather. If our minimum attendee requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. If this happens, we will refund your ticket fee including deposit. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Everyone attending the Ruby Bucket Retreat is here to relax and have an enjoyable time. We ask that you show respect to all those attending by listening to music, movies, etc. with headphones.
Please bring all extension cords that you may need for sewing machines.
Space will be shared, so be considerate with the projects you decide to bring.
