Class Overview Spring 2023

Class registration is available for registered attendees of the Ruby Bucket Retreat. To sign up for classes, register for the retreat and we will email you a special link. Each class has limited seats that will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You can pay the individual teacher for any classes you take at the retreat.

Classes for Spring Retreat 2023

"Embossing Class"

Teacher: Cindy Nalder

Cost: $15

Time: Friday 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

So you thought you knew everything about embossing? Well, let’s try again! Cindy found a fun and addictive technique using embossing and wanted to share it. She played and played and played! Beware…this is so addictive! Class fee includes floral die set shown.

Supplies needed: heat gun (if available), adhesive, tweezers, scissors, die pick (if available), and a strong glue like Glossy Accents. Cindy will have some supplies available for purchase in the boutique.

"Quick & Easy Cards - Vintage Quilt Collection"

Teacher: Esther Larson

Cost: $6

Time: Friday 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Create three beautiful vintage quilt cards using stamps, cardstock, buttons, ribbon, thread, patterned paper, die cuts, embossing folders and glitter paper. Not only are these cards beautiful, but they are quick and easy to make!

Supplies needed:  adhesive, pop dots, glue dots, and scissors.

"Beaded Spring Wreath"

Teacher: Leah Bartley

Cost: $45

Time: Friday 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Create this beautiful 18″ modern wreath just in time for Spring. You will be able to choose your own flowers and ribbon to make it unique.

Supplies needed:  wire cutters

"Shaker Layout and Card"

Teacher: Stephanie Frisby

Cost: $12

Time: Saturday 10:00 am - 11:30 am

This beautiful spring layout features a heart shaker, hand-stamped flowers (which are already done for you), and die cuts. Choose between two titles and quotes. Photo measures 3 3/4″ x 3 3/4″ including the white border.

The adorable card is created using leftover pieces from the heart shaker and matching embellishments.

Supplies needed:  paper trimmer, scissors, photo adhesive, glue dots, pop dots or foam tape, and liquid glue. Tweezers or a pick up tool are also helpful if you have them.
