We are working like crazy to finish all the little details! Here is the Hampton Inn (2500 Channing Way). The main hotel entrance is on the right by the carport. Our retreat entrance in on the left with the giant star. You can park close to unload for the retreat. It all starts Friday, April 26th, at 10:00 a.m. We are so excited to see our favorite crafters!

We have been working really hard to make your weekend getaway as fun and relaxing as possible. If you have never been to a retreat before, here is what you can expect: • A great fun-filled weekend at a nice location within close proximity to several craft stores and restaurants. There is a separate entrance at the hotel that is close to the conference room so you won’t have to carry your supplies very far.• Upon arrival, everyone will receive a gift bag with exclusive Ruby Bucket items, lovingly selected just for you.• You will have a 3’ x 4’ space to work on….that’s two people per table. This should give you plenty of room for any totes and bags to be around you. Some people bring a portable or stackable shelf (like those found in the

We are thrilled to announce the theme for the Spring Crafter’s Retreat: Shine Bright! Esther and I picked the theme for this retreat last fall. It spoke to both of us immediately and we knew we had to run with it. Sometimes the world can seem like a dark place, but we all have a light that shines and we can choose to be a light-bringer to those dark places. Despite the busyness of our lives, we still manage to make time for our families and friends. We take a meal to a sick neighbor, help our children with their homework, and go to lunch with a friend. We live in a crazy, busy world. Each day is filled from morning to night with activities. We live each day going from one activity to the next. Sometimes we are able to step back for a minute and reflect on our lives. In a recent reflection the thought came to my tired, worn out mind……life is beautiful. Even though life can be draining and exhausting, there are moments that are amazing and beautiful. Our theme for this fall retreat is “Life is Beautiful. Enjoy the Ride.” I have always been so amazed that even in our most trying, pain-filled times that if we look… if we search, we can find beauty. It is all around us. I think back
