WE LOVED RETREAT!
Each of you helped make this one of our best retreats ever! Thank you so much for loving each other and lifting one another up. Our theme, “I Am Enough,” was inspired by the daily challenges each of us face as we live our lives. We all have battles we are silently fighting, and often the biggest battle is the one in our minds telling us we aren’t good enough…smart enough…pretty enough. This weekend was a wonderful exercise in resetting that mindset we often get trapped in.
My favorite activity at retreat was our “I Am Enough” Project. We had special pages made up for each person who attended. Then everyone had an opportunity to write something on each other’s. It was so heart-warming to see the way the women embraced one another and lifted each other up through words of encouragement, praise, and awe. It’s so enlightening to see ourselves through someone else’s eyes.
Esther went above and beyond with all the decorations again. Can you believe she made all those giant flowers? She is so talented!
We gave away lots of fun awards…
…and we had so much fun with the grand prizes!
Cindy won the raffle prize. The donations benefited a local family. We love your generous hearts! Thank you so much!
